​Abdi is a Business with Finance graduate and one of the newest members of the Ribbons & Reeves team. He joined the world of education recruitment at the start of 2025, following a successful career in sales, where he worked his way up to Sales Manager.

Abdi’s experience has equipped him with strong communication skills and a thoughtful, people focused approach. He’s passionate about building genuine, lasting relationships with both candidates and clients, and takes pride in understanding their needs to help make the recruitment process as smooth and straightforward as possible.

In his role as Candidate Consultant, Abdi is committed to supporting driven, confident graduates as they take their first steps into education. His goal is to help them find roles in schools that match their ambitions and values.

Outside of work, Abdi is a lifelong Arsenal fan and proud season ticket holder. When he’s not at the Emirates Stadium, he enjoys playing football and spending time with friends around London.
