​Antonia is an Education Recruitment Partner with over four years’ experience, specialising in supporting schools and educators across East London. Having started her recruitment journey with Ribbons & Reeves, she is delighted to have returned to the company to support schools across Havering, Redbridge, and Barking & Dagenham.

Throughout her career, Antonia has built strong and lasting relationships with schools, teachers, and graduates, helping them secure roles where they can thrive. She prides herself on taking the time to understand both the needs of her schools and the aspirations of her candidates, ensuring every placement is carefully considered and the right fit for all involved.

Antonia’s favourite part of her role is working with aspiring teachers at the very start of their careers, supporting them in securing their first role in education. She finds it incredibly rewarding to play a part in shaping the next generation of educators and helping candidates take that first important step into the classroom.

With a degree in English and Film, Antonia has always had a passion for education, particularly English, which was her favourite subject at school. This passion underpins her commitment to supporting both schools and candidates with care, enthusiasm, and honesty.

Outside of work, Antonia enjoys exploring new places across the UK and loves travelling to new countries across Europe whenever she gets the chance.
