​Brad is a specialist SEND recruitment consultant who has joined Ribbons & Reeves to help grow the SEND division and strengthen the wider SEND operation.

He brings nearly 7 years experience across specialist SEND recruitment, supporting specialist schools, alternative provisions, PRUs, ARPs and mainstream settings with hard-to-fill teaching and support vacancies. His experience covers SEND, SEMH, autism, complex needs, behaviour and alternative provision.

Brad recruits for a range of roles including SEND Teachers, SEMH Teachers, PRU Teachers, SEN Teaching Assistants, Behaviour Mentors, Learning Support Assistants, HLTAs and specialist support staff. He also supports mainstream teachers looking to transition into SEND, helping schools identify candidates with the right attitude, resilience and transferable skills.
