​Lauren is an Education Recruitment Consultant with just under three years’ experience in education recruitment, and she has recently joined Ribbons & Reeves, a specialist consultancy dedicated to supporting educators and schools across East London and Essex.

 Throughout her career, she has built strong, lasting relationships with client schools, teachers, and graduates, supporting them in securing roles where they can truly thrive. Lauren prides herself on taking the time to understand the unique needs of each school and the individual aspirations of every candidate, ensuring a tailored and thoughtful approach to every placement.

 Since becoming a mum herself, Lauren has developed an even deeper appreciation for the impact that the right educator can have on a child’s development. This perspective strengthens my commitment to finding the correct match between candidate and client, not just in terms of skills and experience, but culture, values, and long-term goals.
