​Luke graduated with a First-Class Honours degree in Physical Education and Sport & Exercise Science, where he developed a deep understanding of performance, discipline and teamwork. Sport has always played a huge part in Luke's life - from captaining my football and cricket teams to competing successfully in golf tournaments. These experiences taught him leadership, resilience and the importance of working towards shared goals.

Alongside his studies, I gained experience supporting young people in a secondary school setting, which strengthened his communication skills and ability to adapt to different individuals. 

After graduating, Luke spent time travelling across Asia and Australia, further developing his independence and confidence.

Luke has chosen to build his career in recruitment because it allows him to combine his competitive, driven nature with his passion for helping others succeed. At Ribbons & Reeves, Luke focused on connecting talented individuals with opportunities where they can grow and make a difference.
