Stewart graduated from St Mary’s University with a degree in Physical Education before completing his PGCE at Brunel University, where he trained as a PE teacher.

He began his teaching career at Guru Nanak Sikh Academy, where he worked for five years and progressed to become Head of Year 9. During this time, he developed a strong understanding of student development, pastoral care, and the importance of creating a positive learning environment. He then moved to St James Catholic School, where he further advanced his leadership experience as Head of Year 12, supporting students through a pivotal stage of their education and future career planning.

After spending several years in education, Stewart transitioned into education recruitment. His background in teaching and leadership enables him to understand the needs of both schools and candidates, helping to match talented educators with opportunities that support their professional growth and benefit students.

Outside of work, Stewart is a lifelong QPR FC supporter and enjoys playing football and golf whenever he gets the chance. These interests have helped him develop the teamwork, resilience, and dedication that he brings to his role every day.
