Art Learning Support Assistant | Ladbroke Grove | Immediate Start – July 2026
4 days per week (Mon, Tues, Thurs & Fri) | Wednesdays dedicated to student volunteering
£110.95 per day (inclusive of holiday pay) (term-time only | approx. £17,308 per year)
Are you a creative and committed Art graduate looking to support young people in a vibrant sixth form setting? A fantastic opportunity has opened up for an Art Learning Support Assistant to join an ambitious Sixth Form College in Ladbroke Grove, starting immediately and running until July 2026.
You’ll work closely with students across Art-based subjects, helping them build confidence, develop technique and stay motivated throughout their studies. This is a brilliant stepping stone for anyone considering a future in teaching, creative education or youth support.

- Holds a degree in Art (or a closely related subject such as Fine Art, Illustration, Design, Photography etc.)
- Has experience working with young people (desirable but not essential)
- Patient, proactive and confident supporting students with varied learning needs
- Passionate about education and creative development
- Enhanced DBS required (or willing to complete a new one)
