What you’ll be doing as an ASC Behaviour Mentor:
- Supporting autistic pupils and those with SEMH needs as a dedicated ASC Behaviour Mentor
- Delivering 1:1 and small group sessions focused on emotional regulation, social skills, and communication
- Implementing structured behaviour support plans as an effective ASC Behaviour Mentor
- Building trust, providing consistency, and creating calm learning spaces
- Collaborating with teachers, SEN professionals, and families in your role as an ASC Behaviour Mentor
We’re looking for an ASC Behaviour Mentor who:
- Holds a 2:1 degree or above in Psychology or Criminology from a Top 20 UK University
- Has a keen interest in autism, behaviour support, and emotional development
- Brings patience, empathy, and a calm presence to their ASC Behaviour Mentor role
- Has experience working with children, especially those with additional needs
- Can commit full-time to this ASC Behaviour Mentor role from September 2025 – July 2026
