Aspiring Child Psychologist | Your role:
- Assist pupils aged 4–16 with diverse needs including autism, ADHD, and other learning differences.
- Deliver one-to-one and small group support to help children access the curriculum and build confidence.
- Collaborate with teachers and specialist staff to put personalised learning plans into practice.
- Track and reflect on pupil progress, giving you valuable insights for future postgraduate training.
- Help create a nurturing, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment.
- A 2:1 degree or higher in Psychology (or a related subject).
- Previous experience with children or young people with SEND (school, care, or voluntary) is advantageous.
- Empathy, patience, and strong interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for child development and progression.
- Clear ambitions to pursue Child Psychology training.
