- Support students aged 11–16 in their Drama classes
- Provide one-to-one and small group interventions to help pupils access learning and develop essential skills.
- Work closely with the curriculum and provide both engaging and informative lessons.
- Observe, record, and reflect on pupil progress
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
- A 2:1 or above in a Drama related subject
- Prior experience supporting children or young people with Drama is not essential but is desirable
- A calm, empathetic, and reflective attitude.
- Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for child development.
- A clear ambition to pursue a career in Teaching.
