Key responsibilities for the Aspiring Mental Health Practitioner:

• A top 20 UK university graduate with a degree related to mental health, psychology, or education
  
  
• A confident Aspiring Mental Health Practitioner who is calm and resilient
  
  
• A team player with a keen interest in student wellbeing and emotional development
  
  
• Experience supporting children or young people, ideally in an educational setting
  
  
• Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
  
  
• A flexible and creative approach to supporting diverse needs
