As an Aspiring SEND Teacher, you'll support primary-aged pupils with a range of additional needs while developing essential classroom skills.
A friendly, welcoming and inclusive two-form entry primary school in Harrow is seeking a full-time Aspiring SEND Teacher from September 2026 - July 2027. You'll work with pupils across EYFS and KS1/KS2, supporting children with ASC, ADD and ADHD.

- Provide 1:1 and small-group support for pupils with SEND.
- Support children with ASC, ADD, ADHD, Speech and Language Needs and SEMH.
- Deliver targeted interventions to improve academic progress, communication and social development.
- Work closely with class teachers, the SENDCo and external specialists.
Aspiring SEND Teacher | Person Specification
- 2:1 or above in Education, Psychology or a related subject from a leading UK University.
- Strong A-Level results.
- A genuine interest in supporting primary-aged pupils with ASC, ADD and ADHD.
- Patient, proactive and an excellent communicator.
- Ambition to pursue a career in teaching or SEND education.
