Aspiring Teacher – The Role
This full-time Aspiring Teacher role is ideal for graduates looking to gain practical experience before applying for teacher training or a PGCE.

As an Aspiring Teacher, you'll:

• Work closely with experienced teachers to support pupils across Key Stages 3 and 4
• Lead small group interventions and assist in classroom management
• Support with exam preparation and pupil progress
• Develop essential skills in lesson planning, behaviour support, and pastoral care

What We’re Looking For in an Aspiring Teacher

• A 2:1 degree or higher from a Top 20 UK university
• Strong A-Level grades (AAB or higher preferred)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A genuine interest in pursuing a teaching career
• A proactive, confident, and resilient approach
