This full-time Aspiring Teacher role is ideal for graduates looking to gain practical experience before applying for teacher training or a PGCE.
As an Aspiring Teacher, you'll:
- Work closely with experienced teachers to support pupils across Key Stages 3 and 4
- Lead small group interventions and assist in classroom management
- Support with exam preparation and pupil progress
- Develop essential skills in lesson planning, behaviour support, and pastoral care
- A 2:1 degree or higher from a Top 20 UK university
- Strong A-Level grades (AAB or higher preferred)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A genuine interest in pursuing a teaching career
- A proactive, confident, and resilient approach
- £450–£525 per week (PAYE) – depending on experience and school placement
