What’s on offer:
- £24,675 per year (not pro rata)
- Term-time only
- 37.5 hours per week
- 4-day working week coming soon – paid for five days, work four (post-probation)

- Experience supporting children or young people with Autism or SEN is highly valued
- Able to work calmly, thoughtfully and as part of a team
- Keen to encourage confidence, independence and self-belief
- GCSEs in English and Maths
- Support pupils aged 5–19 with Autism in small class settings
- Encourage communication, independence and emotional wellbeing
- Assist teachers with preparing activities and classroom resources
- Provide day-to-day emotional and practical support
- Help maintain a calm, positive and safe learning environment
- Specialist school in Bromley supporting pupils aged 5–19 with Autism and complex needs
