You, the Autism Support

As a confident, motivated Autism Support Assistant, work closely with students who have been given direct EHCPs, and use your personality, determination, and reason to provide them with a safe space, a mentor, and a firm-but-fair friend for them to utilise to get their education on track. Get to the root of their behaviour, liaise with and take advice from SLT/SENCo colleagues, and lead 1:1 sessions with the students in question to ensure they are fully supported! Sound good…?
