Behaviour and Learning Mentor – Graduate Opportunity
Location: Bexley
Contract: September 2025 – July 2026 (Term-Time Only)

If you are a recent Psychology or Primary Education graduate and are looking to gain experience as a Behaviour and Learning Mentor, whether for career clarification or preparation for your next step, this graduate programme will support you throughout the process.
As a Behaviour and Learning Mentor, you will work closely with students in mainstream settings, providing guidance, mentoring, and support to help them achieve their academic and personal potential.

Key responsibilities:
- Supporting students in mainstream classrooms as a Behaviour and Learning Mentor
- Delivering 1:1 and small group interventions for students needing behavioural or learning support
- Collaborating with teachers, parents, and administrators to implement effective solutions
We’re looking for:
- A 2:1 or above in a relevant undergraduate degree (Psychology, Primary Education, or related field)
- Child-centred experience (preferred but not essential)
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills
- Resilient, empathetic, and committed to helping young people succeed
- Commitment from September 2025 to July 2026
