Behaviour Mentor | Redbridge | September Start
We are seeking a confident and driven Behaviour Mentor to join an Ofsted ‘Good’ Secondary School and Sixth Form in Redbridge this September. This is a fantastic opportunity for a graduate who is passionate about behaviour support and committed to the academic and personal progress of young people. - Support students in and out of lessons to improve behaviour and learning outcomes
- Work closely with teachers to ensure behaviour plans are followed effectively
- Contribute to a calm and focused classroom environment
- Help maintain focus on student progress and academic attainment
- Deliver tailored interventions and support based on behaviour and learning needs
- Operate as a Behaviour Mentor across a large and inclusive school setting in Redbridge
