A high-achieving secondary school in Wandsworth is seeking a Cambridge Graduate to join their support team. This Cambridge Graduate role is ideal for someone exploring a future in teaching, psychology, or education policy.

 
In this Cambridge Graduate position, you’ll work closely with students and teachers across a range of academic subjects. You’ll support learners in lessons, lead small-group interventions, and help plan and organise resources.

 
Key responsibilities:

• Providing tailored academic support within lessons across a range of subjects
• Delivering small group or one-to-one intervention sessions for targeted pupils to close learning gaps
• Supporting pupils with revision techniques, study skills, and independent learning strategies
• Assisting teachers with classroom preparation, lesson resources, and general teaching support
• Encouraging pupil engagement, motivation, and confidence in both academic and social settings
• Monitoring pupil progress and feeding back observations to teaching staff

 
We’re looking for:

• A 2:1 or above degree from the University of Cambridge (any subject)
• Previous experience working or volunteering with children or young people (desirable but not essential)
• Strong academic ability with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A genuine interest in education and supporting pupil development
• Full-time availability from October 2025 and commitment to working within a school environment
