Cambridge Graduate – Wandsworth – October 2025 Start
Location: Wandsworth, South West London
Contract: October 2025 – July 2026 (Term-Time Only)
Pay: £444.00 per week (PAYE)

In this Cambridge Graduate position, you’ll work closely with students and teachers across a range of academic subjects. You’ll support learners in lessons, lead small-group interventions, and help plan and organise resources.

Key responsibilities:
- Providing tailored academic support within lessons across a range of subjects
- Delivering small group or one-to-one intervention sessions for targeted pupils to close learning gaps
- Supporting pupils with revision techniques, study skills, and independent learning strategies
- Assisting teachers with classroom preparation, lesson resources, and general teaching support
- Encouraging pupil engagement, motivation, and confidence in both academic and social settings
- Monitoring pupil progress and feeding back observations to teaching staff
We’re looking for:
- A 2:1 or above degree from the University of Cambridge (any subject)
- Previous experience working or volunteering with children or young people (desirable but not essential)
- Strong academic ability with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A genuine interest in education and supporting pupil development
- Full-time availability from October 2025 and commitment to working within a school environment
