Chemistry Graduate | What’s on Offer:
  • £33,000 per year
  • Full-time position starting immediately, continuing until the end of the academic year.
  • A chance to work 1:1 and in small groups with students who need additional academic support.

Chemistry Graduate | The Role
  • Provide tailored support to students across KS3–KS5 within a niche school setting of only 25 pupils.
  • Help learners with EHCPs and high anxiety levels build confidence, independence, and positive learning habits.
  • Collaborate with the teaching and support team to adapt learning materials and strategies for individual needs.
  • Teach learners with a range of academic abilities, from Functional Skills to A-Level.
  • Confidence in the delivery of maths is a bonus, supporting students in numeracy and STEM skills alongside Chemistry.
Chemistry Graduate | Who Are We Looking For?
  • An academic, personable, and patient graduate passionate about helping students achieve their best.
  • Experience working with children or young people is desirable but not essential.
  • A Bachelor’s Degree from a UK University in Chemistry.
  • Outstanding A-Level and GCSE Results, with ambitions to become a qualified teacher.
