Your role as a Core Subject Graduate:

• Support pupils across core subjects (English, Maths, Science)
  
  
• Work 1:1 and in small groups to raise progress and attainment
  
  
• Tailor learning to meet the needs of students with SEND
  
  
• Liaise confidently with parents and staff on pupil progress
  
  
• Implement behaviour strategies and learning plans effectively
  
  
• Deliver curriculum content creatively and with enthusiasm
  
  

What we’re looking for in a Core Subject Graduate:

• 1:1 or 2:1 degree in a core subject from a top 20 UK university
  
  
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  
  
• Previous experience working with children or young people (preferred)
  
  
• Proactive, resilient and adaptable approach to learning support
  
  
• Passion for education and a long-term interest in Psychology or Teaching
  
  
• Confident managing behaviour and supporting diverse learners
