Deputy Room Leader – Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver and uphold the Nursery’s curriculum, vision, and values daily
  
  
• Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  
  
• Ensure safeguarding and welfare standards are maintained at all times
  
  
• Produce detailed child development reports and contribute to planning and assessments
  
  
• Support and mentor junior staff, promoting excellence and reflective practice
  
  

Deputy Room Leader – Essential Requirements:

• Proven experience in an early years setting
  
  
• Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification or Early Years Teacher Status
  
  
• Passion for teaching, learning, and child development
