As a Design & Technology Graduate, you will:
- Support students in KS3 to KS5, including A-Level and GCSE D&T lessons
- Assist in delivering practical sessions and managing workshop environments safely
- Lead small groups of high-attaining students to boost engagement and outcomes
- Confidently support pupils with SEND, adapting resources to meet individual needs
- Communicate effectively with staff and parents, contributing to student progress
- Be proactive in promoting positive behaviour and classroom discipline
- Implement creative strategies aligned with the D&T curriculum
- Work collaboratively as part of a dynamic and experienced team
