Director of Inclusion (SENCo) – Role Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop the school’s SEND provision as Director of Inclusion (SENCo).
  • Ensure high-quality support and inclusive practice for students with additional needs.
  • Work closely with staff, families and external agencies across Hayes, Hillingdon to support student progress.
  • Monitor student outcomes and implement strategies that enable every learner to succeed.

  • Qualified Teacher Status and National Award for SEN Coordination (or working towards it).
  • Experience leading or supporting SEND provision within a secondary school setting.
