Drama Graduate | The Role
- £444 per week (inclusive of Holiday Pay) | Paid weekly via PAYE
- Term-time work only
- Assisting the Drama department with engaging and interactive lesson delivery
- Developing a tailored, creative teaching and learning style
- Working alongside Senior Leadership Team members
- Assessing and tracking the academic progress of KS3 and KS4 students
- Small group, 1:1 intervention and whole-class lessons to support academic potential
- Motivating students to build on their passion and talent for Drama
- Highly Ofsted-rated Secondary Schools in Barking & Dagenham
- Schools offering excellent training, support and guidance for career progression
- A positive environment to build classroom experience
- A rewarding role for recent graduates aspiring to pursue a career in Education
- A degree in Drama or Performing Arts from a top UK University
- Previous experience working with children and knowledge of GCSE Drama is desirable
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Patient, resilient and enthusiastic about education
- £500–£600 per week (inclusive of Holiday Pay) | Paid weekly via PAYE
