Are you a recent graduate who is looking for a career in Education? We are actively looking for an English Academic Mentor to start immediately to be a part of an Outstanding Secondary School in Bromley. This role is a full-time role running from November 2025 to July 2026.

English Academic Mentor – Salary and Contract:

• £444min weekly pay, long-term basis.
• Contract: Term time only, September - July
• Potential for a permanent contract after or a plan for a career in teaching.

English Academic Mentor - What the School offers:

English Academic Mentor - Key Responsibilities:

• Providing academic support to GCSE students.
• Delivering 1-to-1 and small group support to pupils.
• Helping to plan and deliver engaging lessons.
• Creating and building relationships to help with confidence and motivation.

English Academic Mentor - Ideal Candidate:

• A recent English Graduate with a First-Class degree or 2:1 degree.
• Strong A-Level grade in English.
• Enthusiastic about education and helping GCSE students providing information to help them with their choices in the future.
• Confident, patient with excellent subject knowledge whilst displaying initiative.
