Equality, Inclusion & Diversity Lead | About the Role
As our Equality, Inclusion & Diversity Lead, you will:
- Lead the development and delivery of the school’s EDI strategy and action plans with clear, measurable outcomes.
- Identify and address gaps and potential risks related to equality, diversity and inclusion, ensuring compliance with legislation and best practice.
- Work closely with the school’s communication and engagement teams to ensure guidance, policies and resources support our EDI vision and are accessible to everyone.
To succeed in this Equality, Inclusion & Diversity Lead role, you will need:
- A deep understanding and practical experience of leading EDI work in an educational or community setting.
- A collaborative and inclusive approach to working with pupils, families, staff and external partners.
- A genuine passion for promoting equality, celebrating diversity and creating a culture of belonging for everyone.
