EYFS Teacher | Redbridge | September Start

Key responsibilities of an EYFS Teacher:
- Deliver high-quality teaching across the Early Years Foundation Stage
- Create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment
- Work closely with support staff to deliver targeted 1:1 support where needed
- Monitor and track pupil progress, ensuring effective differentiation
- Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
- Uphold high standards of behaviour management within the classroom
Requirements to be an EYFS Teacher:
- QTS (UK)
- 1:1 or 2:1 degree from a top 20 UK University
- Proven experience in delivering the Early Years curriculum
- Confident, proactive, and adaptable approach to teaching
- Strong classroom management and behaviour handling skills
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities
- ECTs will not be considered for this role
