- Ensure all health & safety, compliance and statutory testing requirements are met.
- Manage maintenance projects, refurbishments and contractor performance.
- Previous experience managing facilities or estates, ideally within a school or similar environment.
- Strong understanding of health & safety legislation, statutory compliance and building maintenance.
- Experience managing contractors, maintenance programmes and budgets.
