As an English Graduate, you’ll work in a vibrant secondary school, delivering targeted academic support and enriching young minds. You’ll help students unlock their confidence, improve literacy, and develop a genuine love for English.

• Support GCSE and A-Level students in small groups
  
  
• Guide students through essay writing, reading analysis, and creative tasks
  
  
• Help with UCAS applications and interview prep
  
  
• Bring fresh ideas, energy, and perspective as an English Graduate
  
  

The Ideal Candidate | English Graduate Mentor

We're looking for an English Graduate from a top university (Russell Group preferred) who is:

• Passionate about education and youth development
  
  
• An inspiring communicator
  
  
• Curious about a future in teaching or the wider education sector
