First-Class Graduate – Key Responsibilities:
- Lead small group interventions with high-attaining pupils
- Support pupils with SEND, including Autism
- Develop strong communication with staff and parents
- Help maintain high standards of behaviour and classroom focus
- Contribute to curriculum delivery and adapt learning resources
- Monitor pupil progress and adapt interventions accordingly
- Promote pupil engagement and academic success
- Collaborate with a dynamic and committed team
- Play a pivotal role in the educational journey of pupils
First-Class Graduate – Applicant Criteria:
- 1:1 Maths Degree from a top 20 UK University
- Strong and confident when supporting behaviour needs
- Proactive, creative, and adaptable approach
- Previous experience working with SEND and Autism desirable
- Desire to progress into teacher training
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
