- Providing 1:1 support for a Year 4 pupil with Autism in a mainstream setting.
- Helping the pupil remain regulated and engaged in their learning.
- Working collaboratively with the Class Teacher, SENDCo, parents, and the Educational Psychologist.
- Supporting the pupil through their work and encouraging progress.
- Ensuring the child has access to the curriculum and develops both academically and socially.
- A 1:1 or 2:1 degree from a top 20 UK University.
- A genuine desire to progress into Teacher Training or Psychology.
- Proactive, dedicated, and flexible approach to daily challenges.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a team.
- Previous child-based experience is desirable.
