Graduate Learning Mentor – Wandsworth – September 2025 Start
Location: Wandsworth, South West London
Contract: September 2025 – July 2026 (Term-Time Only)
Pay: £444 per week (PAYE)
Interviews: June/July 2025
Are you a confident graduate with a passion for supporting pupil wellbeing and academic progress?
A diverse secondary school in Wandsworth is looking for a Graduate Learning Mentor to join their pastoral and support team from September 2025. As a Graduate Learning Mentor, you will work with a range of pupils who need help with focus, confidence, attendance or behaviour.
This Graduate Learning Mentor role includes running small mentoring sessions, supporting in class, and helping pupils with organisation and goal setting. As a Graduate Learning Mentor, you will also support whole-school wellbeing initiatives and work closely with Heads of Year.
This Graduate Learning Mentor role is ideal for graduates with career ambitions in mental health, youth work, education or counselling.

- Helping to improve confidence, organisation and focus
- Encouraging positive behaviour and attendance

- A 2:1 or above in Psychology, Sociology or a related subject
- A calm, positive and professional manner
- Strong listening, empathy and communication skills
- A full-time commitment for the academic year
