Graduate Learning Mentor – Hounslow – September 2025 Start
Location: Hounslow, West London
Contract: September 2025 – July 2026 (Term-Time Only)
Pay: £444.00 per week (PAYE)

Are you a graduate looking to work as a Graduate Learning Mentor in a supportive secondary school?
A secondary school in Hounslow is offering an excellent opportunity for a motivated graduate to join as a Graduate Learning Mentor from September. This Graduate Learning Mentor role will give you the chance to work directly with students who need additional support to succeed academically and socially.
As a Graduate Learning Mentor, you will be part of a dedicated inclusion team, helping pupils in lessons, leading small intervention groups, and offering one-to-one guidance. The Graduate Learning Mentor role is ideal for graduates who want to move into teaching, psychology, or youth work.

- Assisting teachers with lesson preparation and resources
- Helping to improve attendance, progress, and behaviour
We’re looking for:
- A UK degree at 2:1 or above
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A real interest in supporting young people
- Commitment to the full school year
