Full-time, Term-Time Only

What you’ll be doing:
- Supporting students in small-group or 1:1 settings across a bespoke, therapeutic and academic curriculum
- Assisting teachers and therapists in delivering personalised learning tailored to each student’s needs
- Helping pupils develop life skills, independence, and confidence both inside and outside the classroom
- Promoting a safe, calm, and structured learning environment where every child feels valued
What we’re looking for:
- A warm, patient and proactive approach to supporting children with complex needs
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative, multidisciplinary setting
- Ideally some experience in SEN, education, youth work, or care – but full training is provided
- A belief in every child’s potential to grow, learn and thrive
