Graduate Learning Support Assistant – Role Overview

• Provide 1:1 support for students with Autism and ADHD
  
  
• Assist students with SEND to access the curriculum fully
  
  
• Deliver targeted support in reading, writing, and numeracy
  
  
• Support pupils both academically and behaviourally
  
  
• Provide emotional encouragement to help pupils thrive
  
  
• Work closely with teachers to create an inclusive learning environment
  
  

Graduate Learning Support Assistant – Candidate Requirements

• 1:1 or 2:1 degree from a top 20 UK university
  
  
• Strong interest in progressing into Psychology or Education
  
  
• Proactive, dedicated, and resilient approach
  
  
• Previous child-based experience desirable
  
  
• Strong communicator and team player
