- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident supporting SEND pupils with a proactive and positive attitude
- Previous SEN experience (desirable but not essential)
- Keen to progress into teacher training or educational psychology
- Flexible, creative and adaptive in approach to learning
- Comfortable working in a large school environment in Havering
- A committed team player who thrives on making a real impact
