Graduate Teaching Assistant – What we are looking for:

  • A 1:1 degree from a top 20 UK university is essential

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or on track to achieve it

  • Strong behaviour management skills

  • Confident and supportive personality, especially with SEND students

  • Creative, proactive and a flexible approach to daily challenges

  • Team player with excellent communication skills, including with parents

  • Passion for education with a desire to progress into Teacher Training

Graduate Teaching Assistant – Your role will involve:

  • Supporting the class teacher in a large and dynamic school environment

  • Working with pupils to ensure progress and attainment

  • Following the curriculum effectively to support learning outcomes

  • Building positive relationships with staff, pupils and families
