Graduate Teaching Assistant – Key Responsibilities:

• Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons
• Provide 1:1 and group support as a Graduate Teaching Assistant
• Help manage classroom behaviour and encourage positive learning
• Contribute as a valued member of the school team in your role as a Graduate Teaching Assistant

Graduate Teaching Assistant – What we’re looking for:

• A recent graduate with a minimum 2:1 degree from a top 20 University
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A genuine passion for education and ambition to succeed as a Graduate Teaching Assistant

What’s on Offer:

• £450-£500 a week (PAYE) for a Graduate Teaching Assistant role
• Full-time position, Monday to Friday, term-time only
• Ongoing training and development to support
