The Role & Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop the Social Sciences curriculum to ensure high-quality teaching and learning.

• Monitor student progress, implementing strategies to ensure strong academic outcomes.
• Foster an inclusive and engaging learning environment, supporting all students.
• Contribute to whole-school initiatives, pastoral responsibilities, and enrichment opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with students and families to support holistic development.

 
Requirements:

• QTS (or equivalent) and a good honours degree in a relevant subject.
• At least three years of teaching experience at the secondary level with a proven ability to motivate and inspire students.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Passion for Social Sciences with the ability to develop and deliver a high-quality curriculum.
• Commitment to inclusion, character education, and student personal development.
