The Role:
- Lead and develop the Spanish department, driving high standards of teaching and learning
- Design and deliver an engaging and rigorous curriculum across KS3–KS5
- Monitor student progress and implement strategies to ensure outstanding outcomes
- Support and develop teaching staff within the department
- Contribute to whole-school improvement and leadership initiatives
- A well-regarded and forward-thinking secondary school with a strong leadership team
- Committed to high expectations, student achievement, and continuous improvement
