The role – Head of Year:

• The Head of Year will lead a secondary year group, embedding high standards of behaviour and attendance
• As Head of Year, you will create a positive, aspirational culture where pupils feel supported and challenged

• Work closely with families to build strong partnerships that support pupil progress
