Location: Tower Hamlets
Contract: September 2025 – July 2026 (Term-Time Only)

As a Learning Support Assistant, you’ll work with pupils,providing 1:1 support, small group interventions, and in-class assistance. You’ll play a vital role in helping to remove barriers to learning, promote inclusion, and encourage positive student engagement.

As a Learning Support Assistant, you’ll work with pupils,providing 1:1 support, small group interventions, and in-class assistance. You’ll play a vital role in helping to remove barriers to learning, promote inclusion, and encourage positive student engagement.
Key responsibilities:
- Providing in-class support for students with SEN
- Running 1:1 and small group interventions
- Supporting learners with Autism, ADHD, and other additional needs
- Assisting with lesson resources, planning, and progress tracking
We’re looking for:
- A 2:1 or First-Class degree (any subject welcome)
- A genuine interest in SEN and child development
- Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
- Commitment from September 2025 to July 2026
