- Working within the ARP to support SEND provision across the school.
- A 1:1 or 2:1 degree from a top 20 UK University.
- A genuine passion for education and a desire to move into Psychology or Teacher Training.
- Proactive, dedicated, and flexible approach to supporting young people.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
- Previous SEND child-based experience is desirable.
