Learning Support Assistant – Hounslow, West London – October 2025 Start
Location: Hounslow, West London
Contract: October 2025 – July 2026 (Term-Time Only)
Pay: Minimum £444.00 per week

The Role:
- Support students aged 19–25 with a wide range of SEND needs
- Provide personal care, including feeding and toileting, where required
- Assist with classroom learning, vocational tasks, and life skills activities
- Work closely with teachers and therapists to deliver engaging sessions
- Contribute to creating a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
We’re looking for:
- Ideally, a candidate with a Level 2/3 qualification or previous classroom/SEN experience (training can be provided)
- A calm, patient, and resilient individual
- Someone physically fit and willing to support personal care needs
- Strong teamwork skills and a genuine passion for supporting young people with SEND
- An Enhanced DBS
