Learning Support Assistant | What’s on Offer:
- £444-£513 per week (inclusive of holiday pay), paid via PAYE.
- Full-time position starting immediately, continuing until the end of the academic year.
- A chance to work 1:1 and in small groups with students who need additional support.
- Collaborative environment with experienced teachers and SEN professionals.
- Opportunities to develop your career in education, including pathways into teacher training or SEN specialisms.
- Provide tailored support to students in the classroom and during interventions.
- Help pupils with special educational needs (SEN) build confidence, independence, and positive behaviours.
- Collaborate with the teaching and support team to adapt learning materials and strategies for individual needs.
- Play a key role in creating an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
- Experience in a similar role or working with children is desirable but not essential.
- A Bachelor's Degree from a UK University
- Outstanding A-Level and GCSE Results
