Learning Support Assistant | The Role:

• Supporting students with learning difficulties, emotional regulation challenges, and Special Educational Needs (SEN)
• Working under the guidance of Teachers, SENCOs, and Educational Psychologists to implement individual support strategies
• Assisting with classroom activities, lesson engagement, and behaviour management
• Building strong, trusting relationships with students to help them achieve their full potential

 
Learning Support Assistant | What We’re Looking For:

• A recent Psychology graduate with a 2:1 or above from a top 20 UK university
• Someone with a keen interest in child development, learning difficulties, or educational Psychology
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Patience, empathy, and the ability to stay calm under pressure
