Learning Support Assistant | The Role:
- Supporting students with learning difficulties, emotional regulation challenges, and Special Educational Needs (SEN)
- Working under the guidance of Teachers, SENCOs, and Educational Psychologists to implement individual support strategies
- Assisting with classroom activities, lesson engagement, and behaviour management
- Building strong, trusting relationships with students to help them achieve their full potential
Learning Support Assistant | What We’re Looking For:
- A recent Psychology graduate with a 2:1 or above from a top 20 UK university
- Someone with a keen interest in child development, learning difficulties, or educational Psychology
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to stay calm under pressure
