Learning Support Assistant – Full Time

Location: North West London
Salary: £22,227.75 (term-time only, plus 5 INSET days)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm

We are recruiting for a Full-Time Learning Support Assistant to join an independent prep school in North West London. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about supporting children’s learning and making a positive difference in their educational journey.

The Role:

• Provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with additional learning needs
• Assist with planning and delivering an adapted curriculum
• Collaborate with teachers and external professionals to support pupil progress
• Accompany pupils to lessons, activities, and trips when required

What We’re Looking For:

• A graduate with a minimum 2:1 bachelor’s degree from a UK university
• Previous experience working with children in an educational setting
• Strong communication skills and a calm, supportive approach
• Experience supporting pupils with varying learning requirements
• Eligibility to work in the UK
