Learning Support Mentor – Waltham Forest – September 2025 Start
Location: Waltham Forest, North East London
Contract: September 2025 – July 2026 (Term-Time Only)
Pay: £444-£513 per week (PAYE)

Are you a graduate with a passion for inclusion and support, looking to become a Learning Support Mentor this September?
A caring and inclusive primary school in Waltham Forest is recruiting a Learning Support Mentor to work with pupils who need additional help in and out of the classroom. This Learning Support Mentor role is well suited to graduates interested in SEND, speech therapy, or educational psychology.
As a Learning Support Mentor, you will assist pupils with learning difficulties or barriers to education, including autism, ADHD and speech and language needs. The school is looking for a Learning Support Mentor who is kind, reliable, and able to build strong relationships with children and staff.

- A 2:1 or above in Psychology, Education or a related field
- A patient and supportive personality
- An interest in SEND and inclusive education
- Commitment to the full academic year
