- Supporting pupils who are struggling to access the mainstream curriculum in Literacy.
- Delivering tailored support in small group sessions (up to 5 pupils).
- Creating engaging resources to meet the individual needs of learners.
- Assisting class teachers across different lessons when required.
- Encouraging and motivating pupils to achieve academic success.
- A 1:1 or 2:1 English degree from a top 20 UK University.
- A genuine passion for education and a desire to go into Teacher Training or Psychology.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage pupils effectively.
- Proactive, dedicated, and flexible in meeting the needs of the school.
- Previous child-based experience is desirable.
