Salary: £450 – £500 per week
Contract: Full-time, Term-time only
Start Date: Immediately

Ribbons and Reeves are seeking a dedicated and driven Maths Academic Mentor to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an aspiring teacher to gain invaluable classroom experience, support students’ academic progress, and contribute to a thriving school environment.

Maths Academic Mentor | What We’re Looking For:

• A graduate with a minimum 2:1 degree in Mathematics (or closely related subject) from a Top 20 UK University
• Passionate about education, with the ability to motivate and engage secondary school pupils
• A strong communicator, both written and verbal
• Patient, empathetic, and enthusiastic, with a desire to support students of varying abilities
• Reliable, organised, and professional in their approach

Maths Academic Mentor | Your role:

• Providing one-to-one and small group Maths interventions
• Supporting pupils to overcome learning barriers and build confidence
• Assisting teachers in delivering high-quality lessons
• Helping to track and monitor student progress
• Playing a key role in raising attainment in Mathematics across KS3 and KS4
